Going Dairy-Free?

Avoiding dairy is sometimes easier said than done. It seems as though dairy is everywhere (unless of course you’re at Acorn Cafe). Truth is, if you plan ahead, there is an alternative for almost everything! Before we dive right into things, I’d like to discuss some of the benefits associated with a dairy-free diet.

Personally, I have noticed a huge improvement in my body when I avoid dairy. If I consume dairy, I immediately feel an upset stomach which can sometimes last for days.
