Pepperjack is a firm cheese with a spicy flavour from the jalapenos and red chili peppers. Excellent shredded and used in recipes hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS:
Pepper Jack - Soy milk*, tapioca starch, coconut oil*, nutritional yeast, red chili peppers, jalapenos, apple cider vinegar*, salt, kappa carrageenan, and lactic acid.
